Airport pick up can be arranged.
Allergies
Please bring to our attention any allergies you may have to food, soaps, detergents, etc. We strive to make your time with us as pleasurable as possible.
Breakfast
All prices include breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am in the main common area. Breakfast is rotated: crepes, quiche, traditional bacon, sausages, eggs, blueberry pancakes and Ebelskivers . With each rotation, main serving will always include fresh fruit, rolls, cereal, yogurts, and fresh squeezed juice each morning.
Check In
Check in is at 4pm.
Check Out
Check out is at 11am. Please ask about our late check out time of 3:30 pm (a charge of $30). Arrive as guests; leave as friends!
Common Areas
Satellite, TV and VCR are in common area for your use, as well as a microwave, fridge and barbecue. No glass outside or in the courtyard.
Company
No unregistered guests please, unless permission has been given by innkeepers.
Deposits
50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation two weeks in advance.
Dinner
Dinners are extra unless otherwise specified in our packages. When booking, please ask us regarding some of the gourmet dinners we can provide you with when given sufficient notice.
Discounts
5% discount on stays of 5 days or longer. Contact us for more information on our weekly rates!
Late Nights
Please at all times respect the quiet times of all other guests.
Pets
No pets please (there are close accommodations for your fur family, please ask!)
Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a $25 administration fee, provided the cancellation has been received 21 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation has been made after the 21 day period, we shall try to rebook the reserved accommodations. However, should we be unable to do so, we regret that no refund will be given.
Room Rates
Rates are based on a double occupancy maximum.
Security
Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended; we are not responsible for lost items. A charge of $25.00 will be charged at check out for lost keys
Smoking
This is a non-smoking establishment. There are areas for smoking; please use the ashtrays.
Special Requests
Please let us know of any special requests you have when booking—we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
